What you’ll do at entry-level:
- Unwrapped raw materials to ensure compliance with the relevant rules.
- Use the specificities of premises and equipments of storage advisedly.
- Plan the execution of manufacturing and establish the diagram of production.
- Set-up the work space
- Weigh ingredients and products. Mix them.
- Operate the various operations: rounding, shaping, buttering.
- Apply the phases of fermentation.
- Use the cooking equipment. Manage the temperatures and the cooking times.

Apply and respect the regulations of safety and food hygienes as well as the principles of the quality approach during all the stages of the manufacturing.

If you already have a food handler certificate it's a plus.”
